Would the Texans really consider trading disgruntled quarterback DeShaun Watson? Maybe, maybe not. But that doesn’t make it any less fun to speculate on what it would take to bring the 25-year-old signal caller to Denver.
We asked the hosts of Sports Radio 104.3 The Fan to put on their George Paton hat and make Houston an offer. Here’s what they had to say:
***
Mark Schlereth: Three first-round picks
Mike Evans: First- and second-round picks this year and Houston’s choice of Jerry Jeudy or Noah Fant
Orlando Franklin: Two first-round picks, next year’s second-round pick, Noah Fant and Drew Lock
Sandy Clough: Three first-round picks, a second-round pick and Jerry Jeudy
Brandon Stokley: Three first-round picks and a young player like Jerry Jeudy
Zach Bye: Three first-round picks and any single player on the Broncos roster
Tyler Polumbus: Three first-round picks and Jerry Jeudy
DMac: Four first-round picks and Jerry Jeudy
Cecil Lammey: Three first-round picks
Nick Ferguson: Two first-round picks and a future second-round pick
Shawn Drotar: Four first-round picks
Nate Jackson: Two first-round picks, Drew Lock, Tim Patrick and Tom McMahon
