DMac and Tyler kicked off the show talking about the Broncos scheduled meeting with Boise St. OT Erza Cleveland. What did Tyler discover about the left tackle? In the water cooler, the guys talked about how athletes are staying in shape through the delays in sports with the Peloton bike. Marc Stout joined the show to discuss how MLB can fix their season. Marc also discussed what the Rockies will be doing on TV tomorrow for what would have been opening day.
In Football at Four, DMac and Tyler heard from an emotional Adam Schefter on what the NFL should do with the NFL Draft. James Merilatt of 1043TheFan.com joined the show to discuss how the NBA should handle things when games return. Tyler asked James what he thinks the Broncos should do with the 15th overall pick. Does offensive tackle make sense for the Broncos or is wide receiver a bigger need? DMac then kills you with truth. The guys discussed how this would have been the time that Drew Lock would have gotten his receivers together like Peyton Manning did in the offseason. Tyler explained why it’s not a good idea for the Broncos to have a backup quarterback like Case Keenum’s status to backup Drew Lock. In the third hour, the guys reacted to Tua Tagovailoa saying that he’s 100 percent and ready to play now. DeMarcus Ware compared Bradley Chubb to himself. DMac and Tyler gave high fives to the Patriots and Christian McCaffrey for the work they’re doing to help out the community with COVID19. DMac broke down the story how hometown hero Tony Boselli Jr. recovered from the virus.
In the top six, DMac and Tyler talk about the fascinating house that Tom Brady will live in out in Tampa Bay. A latest mock draft has the Broncos trading back with the Eagles for a certain linebacker. DMac explained why he loved the mock draft. Kent Drotar of The Wild Animal Sanctuary joined the show to tell us how they rescue animals and give them new lives. Kent explained how they were able to get some animals from Joe Exotic.
