In the first hour of The Drive with DMac, Nick Ferguson and Tyler Polumbus opened the show with breaking news from Dove Valley and what the Denver Broncos plan to do with their rookie quarterback. DMac, Ferguson and Polumbus reacted about the college football weekend games and which players the Broncos should target for the 2020 draft. On the Countdown, the topics were Drew Lock finally practicing, and head coach Vic Fangio quotes from today’s press conference, Bryce Callahan’s practicing and what that means for the Broncos and Lamar Jackson being a “unicorn” and how tough it is actually finding a franchise QB. Wrapping up the first hour of The Drive, Reggie Chatman Jr., joined the program and talked about LSU’s giant win against Alabama and how their QB Joe Burrow put on a show. Chatman Jr., also discussed the possibility of the Broncos drafting Burrow or possibly acquiring another bayou baller.

In the second hour of The Drive, DMac, Tyler Polumbus and Nick Fergsuon opened the hour debating Drew Lock being activated and practicing and what that could mean for the Denver Broncos moving forward with the rest of the 2019 season. The guys talked about former Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak and the “Shanahan Offense.” Tennessee Titans offensive lineman Taylor Lewan taking accountability and what Garret Bolles could learn from Lewan. It’s Gary Kubiak week and the guys talked about his time in Denver as a head coach and what he brought during the Peyton Manning era. Troy Renck, our Fan Broncos talked about the reality of Lock starting a game for the Broncos and what his future is with the team for 2019. He also discussed the QB situation for the Broncos and what could happen for the 2020 season.

In the third hour of The Drive with DMac, Nick Ferguson and Tyler Polumbus discussed the Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson and how impactful he has been for the Ravens and what the Denver Broncos need to learn from that team with trying to find their unicorn under center. Wrapping up the third hour of The Drive, Terry Wiskstrom joined the show to settle the two hour debate on what kind of fish Drew Lock and what kind of fish he caught with his dad. Wickstrom shared his list of his favorite athletes with a passion for outdoor sports.

In the fourth hour, DMac, Tyler and Nick recapped the top stories of the day. What should fans make of the bizarre Drew Lock situation after Vic Fangio’s latest comments? Is Chase Young being punished unfairly? How sustainable is Lamar Jackson’s unbelievable season? The guys discuss whether or not Drew Lock is being given a fair shot. Reggie Chatman Jr., sports reporter for WBRZ-TV in Baton Rouge, joined the program and talked about LSU’s giant win against Alabama and how their QB Joe Burrow put on a show. Chatman Jr., also discussed the possibility of the Broncos drafting Burrow or possibly acquiring another bayou baller.
