The Fant and the Furious! The Drive: 5/21/19

LISTEN TO HOUR ONE HERE!

In the first hour, D-Mac and Tom react to comments from Tim Connelly and Michael Malone from Pepsi Center today. Now that Connelly has announced he will remain the Nuggets’ President of Basketball Operations, what must the front office do in order to elevate the Nuggets to a championship level team? Both Malone and Connelly raved about the loyalty and patience that exists within the Nuggets’ organization. Can those same qualities be found within the Broncos’ front office? D-Mac lobbies for the Broncos to find a way to potentially give Drew Lock some game reps without taking away from Joe Flacco’s command over the offense.

LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!

In the second hour, D-Mac and Tom discuss Julian Edelman’s 2-year contract extension with the Patriots and what it means perceptually for Chris Harris Jr. Tom questions whether or not penny-pinching over Chris Harris’ contract is worth the risk of another losing season. 1043TheFan.com’s James Merilatt joins the program to discuss the five Broncos he believes should be in the Ring of Fame and what he observed from Tim Connelly and Michael Malone today. The guys discuss whether or not DaeSean Hamilton will have a larger role in the offense this season. Tom makes a very bold prediction about Noah Fant and ranks the most important people within the Broncos organization.

LISTEN TO HOUR THREE HERE!

In the third hour, D-Mac and Tom discuss Aaron Rodgers’ feisty response to the series finale of Game of Thrones. Tom points to Aaron Rodgers impressive stats last season and the teams overall record to question how important the quarterback’s performance actually is. The guys discuss where the Colorado Rockies stand as they begin their three-game series with the Pittsburgh Pirates today.
