The Drive with Big O & DMac LIVE IN STUDIO!!! Cecil Lammey joins the show to talk about what stood out today at the NFL Combine.
DMac talks about Big Al leaving, and Demaryius Thomas’ arrest for vehicular assault. Orlando Franklin agrees with DMac that the DT story sounds fishy, and wants to know if DT’s injury came into play when he crashed his vehicle in Denver a few weeks ago.
Orlando asks DMac if this recent news with Demaryius Thomas affects Thomas making it into the Ring of Fame in Denver, and DMac wants to be patient with the situation & see how it plays out. The guys agree Demaryius is the second-best Broncos WR in history next to Rod Smith. Also, DMac tells Orlando that Jason Witten is quitting his analyst job at ESPN to come back to the Cowboys to play Tight End in 2019, and the guys are pumped up about the Nuggets game tonight & Bryce Harper’s new deal.
The guys go more into detail about Demaryius Thomas’ accident & arrest, and compare it to the time Orlando got in a wreck. DMac wonders where DT’s head was at, and Orlando talks about DT’s fascinating story.

The guys talk about Dwyane Wade’s miracle shot in Miami to beat the Warriors last night, and Big Sexy says that game-winning shot took some skill. DMac says Wade’s shot was lucky, and reminded him of being a kid. Also, the fellas take a look at high school basketball scores from around Colorado.
Orlando talks about the interview process at the NFL Combine, and how his situation was different with his injury & impending surgery.
DMac tells Orlando the Demaryius Thomas story developed quickly, and as details are released about DT’s arrest, the story becomes more shocking. Also, Orlando talks about the one game in his career that he could have back.
Orlando & DMac preview the Nuggets game tonight at Pepsi Center, and DMac makes fun of Rudy Gobert for crying about missing a million dollar bonus.
