The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE IN STUDIO!!! Troy Renck with Denver 7 joins the show to talk about Kyler Murray making the choice to leave baseball, and DMac asks Troy about Case Keenum and the Broncos QB situation. Troy Renck says that Matt Paradis is in line for big money, and that likely prices the Broncos out of it.

LISTEN TO HOUR ONE HERE!!!

Al & DMac talk about why kickoffs & punts are a waste of time, and DMac applauds the AAF after their ratings were better than the NBA’s. DMac is a fan of the ‘sky ref’ and the guys agree there should be a mercy rule in all sports. Also, extending the endzone by five yards, and the worst part of the Super Bowl.

In the Big 3, the guys talk about Kareem Hunt and the Cleveland Browns, and Kyler Murray’s commitment to the NFL. DMac says it depends on the team for Kyler Murray, and Al asks if Murray is a first-round pick no matter what. Also, Phil Mickelson grinding out wins on the tour, the Nuggets try to get things turned around against the Heat at home, and Big Al is not interested in the AAF.

Big Al & DMac talk about Kareem Hunt & his checkered past, and if John Elway & the Broncos should have pursued him. Big Al notes that John Dorsey drafted Hunt, and still believes in him. DMac would like to hear from Elway why Kareem Hunt isn’t an option, and Al likes the combo of Chubb & Hunt in Cleveland.

LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!!!

DMac says there’s something about Baker Mayfield that Kyler Murray doesn’t have, and Big Al goes over maturity & leadership skills. The guys compare Murray to Lamar Jackson, and agree Murray doesn’t profile like a ‘John Elway guy.’

Listen to the interview HERE!!!

DMac mentions Bob Costas leaving NBC & the NFL broadcasts, and Big Al talks about the big hits in the AAF and what fans are looking for, compared to what’s medically safe.

Big Al talks about Dolly Parton and the GRAMMYS, and DMac mentions the female artists that took the stage last night. Also, Duke seems to be on television every night with Zion Williamson, and DMac says guards in the NBA need to be able to shoot.

LISTEN TO HOUR THREE HERE!!!

The guys talk about gaining confidence in Kyler Murray, and if he can run a 4.4 second 40-yard dash. DMac asks Al if the Broncos should have given Kareem Hunt a look, and Big Al compares Hunt’s incidents to PacMan Jones. Al mentions Case Keenum’s one-year interview, and DMac says Vic Fangio is a three-year project, not a ten-year one. Also, DMac can’t get on board with Al’s idea of Sean Mannion in Denver.

Big Al talks about top prospects shutting it down early in college & preparing for the draft, and if there should be any rule changes in the NBA.
