During his weekly wrap up press conference Monday, Denver Broncos head coach said everything is being considered in terms of righting the ship after a 34-16 loss at the hands of the New York Jets on Sunday.

Said Joseph: “Everything is being considered right now. It’s all being considered. We’re still watching the tape to kind of figure out what’s the best course of action, but it’s all being considered.”

Among those things the Broncos should consider, “The Drive” co-host Alfred “Big Al” Williams said on Monday, should be the demotion of offensive guard Connor McGovern and offensive tackle Garett Bolles.

“I told you that Connor McGovern was going to get exposed at some point because he can’t handle a simple bull rush,” Williams said. “He can’t handle people pushing him back into the quarterback.”

Bolles, Williams said, continues to gobble up defenders, and with that holding penalties, and “hasn’t played enough football to know not to do that.”

“There are some people who just keep on making habitual mistakes that you can’t trust to play,” Williams said. “He’s a habitual offender. After this season, you’ve got to let him walk.”

Bolles has the most holding penalties in the league, according to NFLPenalties.com, with four. He also grades out as Pro Football Focus’ 33rd-ranked tackle in the NFL.

McGovern, on the other hand, grades out as the third-best guard in the league, according to the site.
