Ichiro notches hit #3000: Schlereth and Evans

Schlereth & Evans – 8/8/16 – Mark Schlereth and Mike Evans are live from UC Health Training Center as the Broncos prepare to play their first pre-season game in Chicago Thursday. The guys talk about the Broncos news from the weekend, the Rockies lose the weekend series versus the Marlins, the Hall of Fame Game was canceled due to poor field conditions and Olympic highlights. Patrick Saunders and Troy Renck join the guys this morning.

Stink and Evans kick off the morning to talk about the Hall of Fame game being canceled due to poor field conditions and what that means going forward for the NFL, Ichiro’s 3,000th career hit and Olympic highlights.

The guys move into the Morning Brew to discuss the latest with the Broncos QB’s, the paint job that went bad at the Hall of Fame game, the Rockies losing the weekend series with the Marlins and the Olympics and Michael Phelps winning another gold medal.

Mark and Mike close out the first hour chatting about Ichiro’s milestone and the Rockies dropping the rubber game yesterday as Jon Gray failed to get out of the 4th inning.
