Montgomery says he accomplished everything he wanted to do at the college level and it was time for him to move on to the next level. Why didn’t the Stars make the playoffs in 2018? Montgomery also says who he wants to be the next head coach of the Pioneers.

Sandy and Rick talk about NFL quarterbacks mentoring their own back-ups and how much that really exists in a locker room. What makes a great team mate? Perea says that the teams that win championships are the teams that have social cohesion. Perea also explains how Lebron James has that social cohesion with every team he plays with now. Sandy and Rick close out the hour recapping the NFL Draft. What does Rick think of the quarterback class? Perea says he tries to work with quarterbacks to have swag and be confident. Perea also explains why he thinks the Rockies are going to have an excellent season.
