Polumbus: Position Broncos most likely to draft in first round
Tyler Polumbus | April 19, 2017 4:17 pm

The absolute best draft experts in the world usually only get eight to nine from their entire mock drafts right. That’s not a shot at any individual’s expertise but rather a valid point toward the relevance of any given mock draft in which you choose to put much weight. Best player available, BPA on the […]

Polumbus: How can Paxton Lynch take the Broncos QB job?
Tyler Polumbus | April 10, 2017 2:41 pm

Now that the Tony Romo saga has come and gone without a signing, the Denver Broncos are back to square one with the two quarterbacks on the roster last season. Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch will enter OTAs in an open competition for the job. However, in reality, it is Lynch that has to beat out […]

Polumbus: Cool jets aside, Broncos interest still tied to Romo release
Tyler Polumbus | March 28, 2017 5:43 pm

The Denver Broncos have been doing all they can to cool the jets on any Tony Romo talk the last few days, with both John Elway and Vance Joseph fielding questions on team’s interest in the veteran quarterback. The company line is they are happy with the two young QBs on the roster — Trevor […]

Polumbus: The top 3 tackles in the 2017 NFL Draft
Tyler Polumbus | March 20, 2017 7:49 pm

Let me skip to the important part. This year’s NFL Draft is not exactly loaded with first-round talent at the tackle position. There are three names who could potentially be drafted in the first round. In any other year, perhaps none of them would be drafted in the first round. There simply is not enough […]

Polumbus: O-line options for the Broncos a week into free agency
Tyler Polumbus | March 15, 2017 7:44 pm

When free agency began, most Denver Broncos fans likely wanted the team pick up a handful of offensive linemen. And if they heard the team added a starting right guard and a starting offensive guard before free agency kicked off, they would probably think it was a great free agency. The Broncos added a starting […]

Polumbus: My experience playing for Kyle Shanahan
Tyler Polumbus | January 4, 2017 1:03 pm

With the Denver Broncos head coaching position open, the name of a well-known local has been called upon to take the reins: Kyle Shanahan. Kyle, the son of Broncos legend Mike Shanahan, grew up inside of NFL coaching offices. I had the opportunity to play for Kyle in Washington and Atlanta, so I thought I […]

Polumbus: After a disappointing season for the Broncos, what now?
Tyler Polumbus | December 26, 2016 7:08 pm

The Denver Broncos put out a dismal performance against the Kansas City Chiefs on Christmas Day, and now the defending Super Bowl champions will be sitting at home watching the playoffs with the rest of us. Quarterback Trevor Siemian had one of his least effective performances of the season. Tackle Donald Stephenson had five penalties […]

Polumbus: Broncos ‘brothers’ will move past locker room ‘fight’
Tyler Polumbus | December 19, 2016 2:21 pm

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots were held in check Sunday, scoring only 16 points against a Denver Broncos defense still playing like Super Bowl champions. However, with the offense only able to muster up a field goal in a deflating 16-3 home loss, tempers flared and brothers fought in the locker room after […]

Polumbus: This Broncos offense can still manage to put up points, win
Tyler Polumbus | December 13, 2016 6:11 pm

The facts are the facts, and there is no hiding that the Denver Broncos offense has held back this team from winning a few football games. The defense held the Tennessee Titans to only 13 points, which should equate to a check mark in the win column in most games, but unfortunately the Broncos offense […]
