The Drive with DMac & Chad Brown LIVE IN STUDIO!!! Paul Calvisi with Arizona Sports 98.7 FM & KTAR 92.3 FM joins the show to talk about the Arizona Cardinals and the bad breaks Josh Rosen has been catching, including Mike McCoy as his offensive coordinator.
DMac brings up veterans like Darian Stewart getting cut, and the day after the Charley Casserly report on Kyler Murray, Adam Schefter throws a bucket of water on it. DMac asks Chad how many teams are interested in Josh Rosen, and says the Broncos must hit on their first round draft picks.
DMac wonders if Josh Rosen is kind of like Jay Cutler, and asks Chad what he thinks about Joe Flacco. Chad starts to question the Broncos’ plan, and DMac explains why the Josh Rosen idea is becoming more fascinating.

DMac tells Chad it would be a dream for Elway to dump Keenum & bring in Rosen with Flacco in place, and Chad goes over the rigors of building a roster, particularly along the offensive line. DMac talks about Darian Stewart’s impact on the ‘No Fly Zone’ and Chad says that secondary was one of the best of all-time but the band does not stay together.
The guys say the sky judge is a no-brainer in the NFL as an addition, and discuss the NFL changing its punishment & testing for THC and marijuana. Also, DMac plays some trash talk from Mike Evans & Orlando Franklin and their Wing Bowl championship.
DMac plays back audio from Charley Casserly about Kyler Murray, and the guys piece together some trends regarding the Cardinals & the perfect situation Denver could take advantage of when it comes to Josh Rosen.
DMac has no issues with moving on from Darian Stewart, and isn’t sure what’s next for Su’a Cravens. Chad says none of the other pass rushers in the draft compare to Nick Bosa, and he has no problem with the Bradley Chubb pick. DMac busts out his QB cards and challenges Mike Evans to like Dwayne Haskins more.
DMac says the Colorado Avalanche are filled with heart, and the nature of NHL overtime is exciting. Also, DMac asks Chad if he could sense that the Broncos weren’t playing with heart last season.
