The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE IN STUDIO!!! Troy Renck of Denver 7 joins the show to talk about Pat Bowlen’s magnificent run, and Tim Tebow as the only drafted QB to win a playoff game in Denver.

Big Al says congrats to the Nuggets, and the guys talk about Kyrie Irving’s apology to LeBron. DMac asks Big Al why Kyrie would want to play in LA with LeBron, and the guys talk about the Hall of Fame Five. Also, Big Al suggests landing Sean Manion as the Broncos’ quarterback instead of Teddy Bridgewater.

In the Big Three, the guys talk about Kyler Murray possibly going No. 1 overall, and Big Al touches on a rumor regarding Scott Linehan, Sean Payton, and the Cowboys & Saints. Also, Al & DMac guess at the Nuggets record the rest of the season.

Big Al is on a Travis Scott kick, and the guys talk about the Super Bowl halftime show. Big Al talks about going down to Atlanta for Super Bowl festivities.

The guys talk about Kyler Murray’s body type, and Big Al says Murray will have doubters wherever he goes. DMac is quick to remind Al that Baker Mayfield is small, but still part of the Hall of Fame Five.

Troy Renck of Denver 7 joins the show to talk about Pat Bowlen’s magnificent run, and Tim Tebow as the only drafted QB to win a playoff game in Denver. Renck wants to use this year to draft a QB & get some competition in training camp for Case Keenum. Also, Nolan Arenado Yankees whispers & what will happen at the deadline. DMac takes calls on Kubiak & his sons, as well as Case Keenum as a short-term fix. DMac starts to sound like he’s not the biggest Case Keenum fan no matter what.

The guys talk about Bill Musgrave & Derek Carr, as well as the luck of the NFL. Big Al says one messed up quarterback can cost an entire coaching staff their jobs.

Al & DMac talk about Bubby Brister, Brian Griese and Case Keenum. DMac says now that Case Keenum is nothing more than a short-term fix & a backup, there’s no point in keeping him around anymore. Big Al misremembers The Drive and The Fumble.

DMac & Al talk about Joe Flacco in Denver, and why that idea died once Gary Kubiak moved on to Minnesota. DMac says it all makes sense to him, and there will be some issues in the beginning. Big Al says the ‘72ers ruined the process & make everyone nervous.
