The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE IN STUDIO!!! Adam Schefter joins the show to talk about the Cleveland Browns’ interest in interviewing Condoleezza Rice, and the importance of ‘keeping a lid’ on things. Troy Renck of Denver 7 joins the show to talk about Ralphie not running in the snow, and the Buffs parting ways with Mike MacIntyre.

DMac suggests Philip Rivers should ‘self-sack’ like Peyton Manning used to, and says Rivers isn’t clutch. DMac reminds Al how close the Chargers were to closing the game out, and Al says we had plenty of time. DMac says somewhere, Tim Tebow is smiling after watching this game.

Adam Schefter joins the show to talk about the Cleveland Browns’ interest in interviewing Condoleezza Rice, and the importance of ‘keeping a lid’ on things. Alfred suggests commissioner of the NFL as a role for Condoleezza Rice, and Adam mentions how reports can get blown out of proportion. Also, DMac asks Schefter about the replay & challenge process in the NFL. Listen to the interview HERE!!!

In the Big 3, the guys talk about Mike MacIntyre getting fired, and DMac gives the Broncos coaching staff credit for pulling off a win on the road against a better team in the Chargers. Also, Big Al says the MNF game tonight is going to be great.

Al talks about the Buffs competing consistently, and points to Dino Babers of Syracuse as a name to keep in mind.

The guys argue about what should be reviewed automatically, and why VJ didn’t know who was in charge of reviews & challenges. DMac says the Chargers’ tiny stadium played into why VJ & the Broncos were not allowed access to more camera angles on controversial plays. Al decides when VJ should throw the red flag & what plays should be automatically reviewed.

Troy Renck of Denver 7 joins the show to talk about Ralphie not running in the snow, and the Buffs parting ways with Mike MacIntyre. Also, DMac asks Troy about the review process at StubHub & what plays VJ should challenge. Listen to the interview HERE!!!

The guys give out game balls, and Big Al says the O-Line & Von Miller stepped up in a big way. DMac gives a game ball to Joe Woods, and says Philip Rivers had a brain-fart because of great defensive play-calling.

DMac drills down VJ on what went into not challenging Denver’s two-point conversion late in their game against the Chargers, and the guys hear Ron Rivera’s reasoning on why he went for two on the road to win the game against the Lions. Al & DMac talk about the advantage to being the home team when it comes to replay.

Big Al is in awe at what Tua Tagovailoa has been doing, and DMac says Justin Herbert is not ready for the big-time. Also, Big Al says Case Keenum steps up in the biggest moments.

The guys get into their picks for the King Soopers Fan Football Pick ‘Em, and we hear replay of Adam Schefter’s comments on the Cleveland Browns & Condoleezza Rice.
