The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE IN STUDIO!!! Adam Schefter joins the show to talk about what Derek Carr is worth, and if he would give up multiple first-rounders to land Carr. Troy Renck joins the show to talk about the mood in the Denver Broncos locker room following the leak of trade rumors involving Demaryius Thomas.
Al & DMac talk about the awesome run for CO sports at Arizona’s expense, and DMac tells Al he needs to get over his hate for Nuggets Head Coach Michael Malone. Al gets DMac’s feelings about Derek Carr, and finds out if Carr is Top-10 or top-tier.
Adam Schefter joins the show to talk about what Derek Carr is worth, and if he would give up multiple first-rounders to land Carr. Adam tells the guys there are no ‘sacred cows’ in Oakland, and he wouldn’t be surprised if the Broncos move on from DT in the next eight days. Listen to the interview HERE!!!
We hear from DT on if he believes his time is up here in Denver, and Al is loving the rise of Michigan. Also, DMac plays some audio from Brittany Bowlen, as she seeks controlling ownership of the Denver Broncos franchise.
DMac finds out what it would take to land DT, and Big Al tried to find a way to get Courtland Sutton looks without creating drama in the locker room with DT. Also, DMac freaks out about the Broncos’ schedule & wants to trade DT immediately.
DMac tells Al the NO Saints got lucky, and Al says KC did not out-class the Broncos on Sunday. DMac wants to discover the NCAA QB putting up numbers similar to what Mahomes was putting up in college, and Al still doesn’t like ascot ties.
Troy Renck joins the show to talk about the mood in the Denver Broncos locker room following the leak of trade rumors involving Demaryius Thomas. Troy says DT was not surprised, and it feels like this could be the end for Demaryius after you connect the dots. Troy says Thomas is an all-time great Denver Broncos WR. Also, DMac asks Troy about Brittany Bowlen seeking controlling ownership of the Broncos. Listen to the interview HERE!!!
The guys talk about the King Soopers Fan Football Pick ‘Em, and Al decides the morning show with Schlereth & Evans is going to win.
DMac brings up the deal for DT, and if the Broncos were trying to entice Kirk Cousins to come to Denver with offensive weapons. DMac says the plan originally was to go with Brock Osweiler, then the plan switched to Paxton Lynch as the QB1. Big Al has his eye on Derek Carr, and DMac pulls up the cap hits for Carr & Keenum.
Big Al looks for teams that have ties to DT that would be looking to trade for Demaryius, and Big Sexy says Denver should get something for DT while he has value. DMac mentions Amari Cooper & Khalil Mack getting dealt, and says the Raiders are done in 2018.
DMac takes some calls on trading for Derek Carr, and Big Al values Carr more than DMac does.
The guys show their support for the Colorado Avalanche & Denver Nuggets, and note that something special is going on at Pepsi Center.
