6:45 p.m. — The Denver Broncos select a pass rusher, not a quarterback, with the No. 5 pick in the NFL Draft, taking North Carolina State’s Bradley Chubb.
6:30 p.m. — At least one of the Joshes (Allen and Rosen) will be available with the Denver Broncos pick at No. 5 after Sam Darnold goes No. 3 to the New York Jets.
6:22 p.m. — No Saquon Barkley for the Broncos, either.
With the No. 2 pick of the NFL Draft, the New York Giants took the electric Penn State running back.
Who will the Denver Broncos pick at No. 5 (later or earlier, possibly)? We’ve got you covered: LISTEN LIVE
6:18 p.m. — Baker Mayfield will NOT be a Denver Bronco.
With the No. 1 pick in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Cleveland Browns took the Oklahoma quarterback.
6 p.m. — As the 2018 NFL Draft gets underway from AT&T Stadium in Dallas, NFL Network reporter Ian Rapoport reports the Denver Broncos are “expected to explore” trading up with the New York Giants for the No. 2 pick. If that’s the case, reports Rapoport, the Broncos would be targeting a quarterback.
If the #Broncos do make a big move up from No. 5 to No. 2, the target would be a QB. Could be Sam Darnold if he’s there. But GM John Elway has spent more time with Josh Allen than any QB in this draft.
