Mike Evans, Brandon Stokley & Cecil Lammey are LIVE for The Fan’s 2018 NFL Draft Special!
Evans asks Stoke why he likes Sam Darnold, and what would happen if Josh Rosen goes to the Jets. Cecil Lammey joins the show LIVE from Dallas to say teams are QB desperate this year and there’s no consensus top pick. Also, what a day Josh Allen has had and Evans asks Cecil why someone would sit on a report like this. Stoke wants a sexy pick or a game-changer at pick No. 5 overall, and convinces Mike Evans that it’s okay to pass on Quenton Nelson for a Hall of Fame RB or QB. Cecil helps Stoke & Mike Evans with what the Broncos will do if they trade with Buffalo in the draft, and Stoke mentions all the holes on the team that can be addressed by moving back.
Cecil tells Evans & Stoke the Bills have targeted Josh Allen & must get their guy, and Quenton Nelson is the best player in the draft. Also, Stoke figures out how Sam Darnold fixes his turnovers. Stoke finds out from Cecil why Elway is drawn to Mayfield & Darnold, and if Denver can still upgrade the QB position. The guys agree it would be a huge mistake to forget about Case Keenum, and Keenum doesn’t have the same weapons in Denver. Evans, Stokley & Cecil decide if Denver should address the offense in the draft, or try to make the defense great again.
