Linebacker/defensive end Karl Mecklenburg comes in at No. 8 on Sports Radio 104.3 The Fan’s “Top 10 Draft Picks in Broncos History.”
Selected in the 12th round (310th overall) in the 1983 draft, Mecklenburg is a Broncos Ring of Famer, has been a Pro Football Hall of Fame semifinalist, and was a member of the 1986, 1987, and 1989 AFC championship teams during his 12-year career.
