Pritchard & Cecil – 04/03/2018 – Pritchard & Cecil live in studio. Tuesday’s show the guys talk about the possibility of the Broncos drafting Saquon Barkley, areas where the Broncos can still improve this off-season and some other topics to keep in mind during the month of the draft in the NFL.

Hour one Pritchard & Cecil talk about the Broncos pick in the first round of the draft at number five overall. The guys talk about how they love running back Saquon Barkley in the draft this season. What are the chances he is there at five for the Broncos? Pritchard & Cecil break down where they could envision Barkley going in the draft and if the Broncos would have to think about moving up in order to grab him in the first round. Also, let’s say the Broncos do land Barkley. What does it mean for C.J. Anderson? The fellas look at the Broncos running back position and give their thoughts on what might happen with Anderson still this off-season.

Pritchard & Cecil then talk about some of the Broncos roster that slightly under achieved last season. Who are these players and how do the Broncos get more out of these players this season? The guys break that down.

Hour two Pritchard & Cecil talk about the Broncos team needs as we enter the month of April and only weeks from the 2018 NFL Draft. The guys look at team needs that were filled and other areas that could still use a little work in the draft. Mike Pritchard explains why you can never be too happy about your roster and that you always have to keep constantly building. Mike Pritchard highlights some of the areas he would like to see the Broncos fill in the draft. Cecil Lammey also gives some of his thoughts and talks about what he would like to see the Broncos do in the draft. The guys look at the best draft strategy possible for the Broncos as well.

For the rest of the second hour the guys talk about if the Cleveland Browns could look to move down from number four in the first round and what that would mean for the Broncos pick at number five in the first round.

Hour three Pritchard & Cecil talk about Broncos head coach Vance Joseph in 2017 and what it will take from Joseph in 2018 to turn the Broncos luck around. The guys look at how the Broncos have done their best to make Vance Joseph feel comfortable in 2018 and give him the pieces the team needs in order to win. Mike Pritchard explains how the Broncos have given Joseph a bunch of veteran players to help the team right away. Mike Pritchard also goes onto how the Broncos should look to not draft a quarterback in the first round in order to help Vance Joseph. Cecil Lammey agrees and talks about how Joseph needs to full empower Case Keenum as the teams starting quarterback. Cecil Lammey gives some other points on the issue as well.

To close out the show, the guys talk about if Broncos GM John Elway has been playing to his strengths and how Su’a Cravens can most help the Broncos defense in 2018. The guys break that down and much more!
