The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE in studio! Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post joins the show to talk about the Colorado Rockies gearing up for Spring Training, and Patrick says we will have to see how the catching situation works out. Troy Renck of Denver7 joins the show to figure out what character they each would portray in Entourage, and Troy tells Al about the high expectations for the Rockies.

LISTEN TO HOUR ONE HERE!!!

DMac tells Big Al he wants to be the distinct voice of DIA, and Al can’t stop laughing. Big Al has an idea that someone should draft two QBs within the first five picks. The guys figure out if the Broncos dodged a bullet with Reuben Foster, and DMac gives it up for Colorado’s Olympians. Patrick Saunders of the Denver Post joins the show to talk about the Colorado Rockies gearing up for Spring Training, and Patrick says we will have to see how the catching situation works out. Patrick says there is a lot of optimism in the Rockies’ organization, and their starting rotation should be one of the tops in the league. Patrick says Bud Black is pumped for the season, and don’t be surprised if Mark Reynolds has to wait a little longer for his phone to ring. Listen to the interview HERE!

LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!!!

The guys decide who the weakest unit on the team is, and Big Al says the Broncos will have to do something dramatic in the offseason to have a chance at the end in 2018. DMac says there’s no way the Broncos can pass on a RB in the second round, and Big AL is excited to see who stands out, but is cautious about who the coaches will be. Big Al tells DMac Nick Foles can be the guy while you address other issues, and Foles can be the pocket passer Denver needs with great touch. Troy Renck of Denver7 joins the show to figure out what character they each would portray in Entourage, and Troy tells Al about the high expectations for the Rockies. Troy wants to see Wade Davis & Bryan Shaw and how the back end of the rotation develops. Troy tells Al & DMac if Minnesota wanted to get involved in the Kirk Cousins talk, they would become a heavy consideration despite Von Miller lobbying for Kirk. Listen to the interview HERE!

LISTEN TO HOUR THREE HERE!!!

Big Al says video is the difference in Reuben Foster’s case and the Ray Rice case. DMac says it’s time to cut Foster, and Al thinks another team will eventually pick him up. Al wants to make sure the accusations are accurate, and DMac mentions the Broncos looking to trade Emmanuel Sanders. Al is a fan of keeping Sanders around over Demaryius Thomas, and wants Denver to hire Chad Brown over DeMarcus Ware as a pass rushing coach. Also, who Denver’s best receiver is and why what New England did to Malcolm Butler is the dirtiest move in the NFL. DMac asks Al if Vance Joseph has any more excuses, and if VJ is being allowed to choose his own staff. Al says he would have fired Bill Musgrave, and hired Eric Bieniemy as OC. Also, the guys talk about hot-seat rumors and if Denver is behind the 8-Ball when deciding what coaches to move forward with. DMac is still upset about being the voice of DIA, and the guys take calls on why Kirk Cousins would want to come to Denver. Al tells DMac he’d be a bad agent if he wasn’t looking for the most money the athlete could get. Also, all the guarantees in Jimmy Garoppolo’s deal.
