Friday December 8th, 2017

The Drive with Big Al & DMac LIVE in studio! The guys decide between Demaryius Thomas and Dez Bryant, and DMac says it’s clear Dez has surpassed DT at this point in his career. Dmac is afraid of all the empty seats we are going to see at Sports Authority Field on Sunday, and Al mentions New York’s lackluster road record.

LISTEN TO HOUR ONE HERE!!!

The guys argue about if a vegan diet changes everything for a player’s health, and Big Al defends players like Demaryius Thomas, Matt Paradis, and Menelik Watson. Vance Joseph has some comments on practice not mattering that much. In the Big 3 @ 3:30, DMac asks Al about Sean Payton and the Saints, and Al is shocked at how many players have been ruled out already for the Cincinnati Bengals this week. The guys decide between Demaryius Thomas and Dez Bryant, and DMac says it’s clear Dez has surpassed DT at this point in his career.

LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!!!

DMac & Al decide the fates of Shohei Ohtani, Giancarlo Stanton, and J.D. Martinez in MLB free agency. DMac says Josh McCown has been alright this year, and this is a statement game for the JETS. Also, the guys decide if VJ is still having the time of his life considering what he’s getting paid. Big Al says everybody knows about the JETS running game, and profiles their running backs. The guys go inside the numbers, and Al is worried about Denver putting up the points to contend with New York’s high-powered attack. DMac is afraid of all the empty seats we are going to see at Sports Authority Field on Sunday, and Al mentions New York’s lackluster road record. The guys mention coaching & establish the difference between the 2016 and 2017 season. Starters have been turned over, and Al misses stars from Denver’s previous seasons.

LISTEN TO HOUR THREE HERE!!!

Al & DMac get the FIRE UP started right, and DMac knows the callers just need to believe. Al says anything can happen in the NFL, and notes that Denver is still in a playoff hunt. The listeners have faith, and ask Al if he would rather have Baker Mayfield or Lamar Jackson. Al says look at the game tape, and DMac says it depends on who will be coaching the Denver Broncos next year. In the King Soopers Fan Football Pick Em, Al says the KC Chiefs have something going on with their offense, and is interested to see what happens with the Chargers game in the middle of all the California fires. Dmac says he’s not afraid of losing Chad Kelly, but does note it would have been fun to see Kelly play this season. The listeners say we are back to where we were five years ago, and DMac & Al say it’s time to embrace playing for your job.
