The Drive with Chad Brown & DMac LIVE in studio! Garett Bolles is practicing again in a limited capacity, the guys decide what that could mean for Buffalo on Sunday. Troy Renck joins the show to say bring a glove & protect yourself, and DMac says the only way he knows how to watch games is through a fence. Troy says Bolles looked athletic & has been moving around well enough that he has a chance to play on Sunday.

LISTEN TO HOUR ONE HERE!!!

Dmac touches on the anguished Yankees players sending out their heartfelt messages to the little girl that was hit by a foul ball, and says MLB needs to look into putting nets up all the way down the baseline. The guys debate if Nick Kasa got a Super Bowl ring for his time with the Broncos during their Super Bowl 50 run. Garett Bolles was a limited participant in practice today, and Chad & DMac discuss how effective Bolles would be if he were to suit up on Sunday. Aaron Hernandez’ fiancée is suing the Patriots & the NFL, claiming both were aware of the link between CTE & suicidal impulses & failed to share that information with Hernandez. Chad says he feels for those being discriminated against, and supports the social activism going on throughout the league right now. A Broncos fan traveling to Buffalo for the Bills game calls in to ask DMac what the best things to do are in Buffalo, as well as the best places to go.

LISTEN TO HOUR TWO HERE!!!

The guys discuss low-caliber coaches being allowed to keep coaching for far too long, and if Rick Dennison’s philosophies are no longer effective. Chad says never question a player’s toughness, and Garett Bolles tells the media he loves Trevor Siemian & never doubted him. Also, DMac says Bolles sounds like a good teammate. Dmac says Trevor Siemian isn’t upset about anything, and the Broncos can still get a deal done for a LT. DMac tells Chad we can’t blame Denver for trying with Menelik Watson, and Chad says it might be time to go get Joe Thomas or Duane Brown. Also, Chad admits adding Joe Thomas would immediately make Denver more formidable up front. Dmac says Joe Thomas is loyal to Cleveland, but has paid his dues & the Browns need to move on. Thomas has already mentioned memory loss, and Chad doubts Thomas is still valuable enough to give up youth for two years of hope. Also, DMac asks Chad if Denver is a playoff team & if Menelik Watson can be fixed. Troy Renck joins the show to say bring a glove & protect yourself, and DMac says the only way he knows how to watch games is through a fence. Troy says he’s surprised nets haven’t been put up sooner, and it’s always frightening when fans get hit by line drives. Troy says Bolles looked athletic & has been moving around well enough that he has a chance to play on Sunday. Troy mentions it is not the time to debut DeAngelo Henderson considering Denver is the best in the league when it comes to rushing, VJ has the pulse of the team & Broncos’ offensive swagger is in turn helping the defense. Listen to the interview HERE!

LISTEN TO HOUR THREE HERE!!!

Chad decides if he would rather see the Brewers or the Cubs win the division, and DMac tells Chad his big dream of the Rockies crushing the Cubs in Game 163 from Coors Field. The guys discuss the life-span of an NFL running back, and if they are afraid of burning C.J. Anderson out. DMac says Jamaal Charles has a great history, and Chad thinks he will be more explosive as the season progresses. Also, DMac says the Broncos would not be throwing a game away by playing DeAngelo Henderson. Chad & DMac discuss the fullback position, and if Jake Butt will eventually be more important to the Broncos than Andy Janovich. Chad likes Butt’s size & athleticism, and mentions the matchup problems Butt could create. Chad tells DMac Special Teams isn’t all about speed, and DMac says we can let Janovich’s story play out instead of beating a dead horse. Finally, The guys touch on the Fan Football Pick ‘Em, and whether the Broncos should ask Branden Albert to come back & play for them.
