It’s a reaction Tuesday and the guys kick off the day after the game with what grade to give Trevor Siemian. Zach says that if he moves like he did last night, he might not last all season. Bennie Fowler was a pleasant surprise for the Broncos last night as he hauled in both of Trevor Siemian’s passing touchdowns. Brandon and Zach talk about Isaiah McKenzie’s contribution on special teams as well as how Cody Latimer has validated his roster spot with the Broncos. The guys give their opinion on their favorite moment of the game.
There was a series at the end of the first half that Brandon liked more than Zach. The two minute drill at the end of the half was a head scratcher for Zach but Brandon understood completely. The fellas give their opinion on how Vance Joseph did in his first game as an NFL head coach. The fellas talk about two plays that could have gone either way last night including a possible touchdown by Jamaal Charles. Fan Broncos Insider, Cecil Lammey joins the guys to give his take on what he saw last night and he talks about Vance not being able to give DeAngelo Henderson any meaningful time. Cecil is back for another segment to talk about the defense and the big question mark at safety in TJ Ward’s absence. With Trevor Siemian getting the first game of 2017 under his belt, Cecil is asked about Trevor and what he saw from him. Brandon thinks DeAngelo Henderson should have been a larger part of the Broncos offense last night as opposed to over using Jamaal Charles early. Zach liked the fact that they went back to back with Jamaal and he had a flashback to Jamaal’s days in Kansas City. Stoke gives his take on what still concerns him after last night. Stoke’s daily beef is with the ESPN power rankings after the Broncos dropped nine spots after winning the game.
