Now that the quarterback decision has been made, the question is asked if Trevor has enough time now before the season to get ready for week one. The guys dive into who might be the happiest that Trevor has won the job and Brandon thinks it is the wide receivers. Zach thinks there are still too many problems on the offensive line now with how many moving pieces there are but thinks rookie tackle, Garrett Bolles is better than we thought. Jamaal Charles is in full pads and Shaq is back. Defensive end/line backer Shaq Barrett is back on the practice field.
The realistic expectations for Trevor according to the guys is that the numbers will be better and a playoff berth would be huge for the Broncos. Brandon thinks Trevor has a chance to be a franchise quarterback for the Broncos. The guys touch on how Cecil has pointed out that Trevor Siemian has been hurt every year he has played football dating back to middle school. Brandon thinks that if Trevor gets hurt then The Broncos are in trouble and the season could be over. The guys talk about possibly bringing in a veteran quarterback in order to have a plan B.
The fellas look ahead to the third pre-season game against the Packers. Brandon gives his prediction for how long to expect the starters to play.
