Troy Renck joins the show with his overall thoughts on Chad Bettis’ performance last night at Coors Field, and Troy mentions how he had goosebumps for three hours. Renck talks about Bettis’ motivation to help his team, and how fans have forgotten that Bettis was once the leader of this Rockies pitching staff. Troy thinks the Broncos could have declared a winner in the QB race earlier in the week, but are giving Paxton every last opportunity to wrench the job away from Trevor & go play loose and throw caution to the wind. Also, Al asks Troy if there is any chance Kyle Sloter makes a roster & Troy says Sloter has done a ton of work since the beginning of Spring, but he only has one quarter left to show the Broncos what he can do.
