Troy Renck is in for Brandon Stokley and hour one on Monday kicks off with John Elway contract discussions. ESPN’s, Woody Paige has come out and said that Elway could be the highest paid executive. The guys dive into what factors may affect the length of the contract and how much money the contract should be worth. Broncos wide receiver, Cody Latimer finds himself in hot water outside of a strip club in Ohio in February and it might affect his roster status.
Zach asks Troy if yesterday’s 13-4 win was a slump breaker for The Rockies. The guys agree that starting the younger quarterback, Paxton Lynch for The Broncos could hinder his growth and hurt his confidence. Troy says The Broncos are going to challenge Trevor in a way that he has to separate himself from Paxton but they will both end up playing this year.
The guys dive into how long of a leash Vance Joseph has entering his first year as Denver Broncos head coach. Troy thinks The Broncos could have easily gone 6-10 last year but the defense was the only thing preventing that. Fan Broncos Insider, Cecil Lammey joins the guys in studio to talk about Paxton’s timetable to prove himself as a starter. Cecil says Mike McCoy’s offense will help the decision making process.
