Earl tells the guys Paul George may spend a year in Cleveland before heading to the Lakers.
DMac brings up the new NFL & Denver Broncos’ stadium naming rights moving forward. Troy Renck joins the show to say Coors Field will forever be a hitters park, and talks about Coors Field pre and post-humidor. Troy urges the national media to dig deeper into the numbers, and says Nolan Arenado would hit on the moon, because he’s an MVP. Also, Troy mentions how hard it is to teach mentally-strong pitching & how the Rockies young pitchers have remained unaffected by adversity, and what’s the deal with umpires & the human element of the strike-zone. Listen to the interview HERE!
The guys talk sports jerks, and DMac highlights a Packers fan not being allowed to take the field at a Chicago Bears game to claim his Packers prize. Big Al says some fans simply come to the game to fight & agitate, and DMac asks him if he’d ever wear an opposing team’s jersey just to throw shade. Also, Carlos Gonzalez’ home-run trends up for Big Al, and he tells DMac the Rockies are here to stay & not getting rid of CarGo.
