The Drive with Big Al and D-Mac close out the week breaking down Broncos Offensive Coordinator Mike McCoy’s play calling in his career. The guys also debate the villains in NBA history who switched teams just to win an NBA Championship like Kevin Durant is attempting to do.
The guys kick off the show discussing the Rockies dominant road trip from the past week and preview the upcoming weekend series with the St. Louis Cardinals. Big Al and D-Mac also talk about the difference between game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals were between the Penguins and Senators in the NHL and the Eastern Conference Finals between the Cavs and Celtics in the NBA. In the Big 3 we preview the NBA Finals between the Cavs and Warriors. Former NFL Wide Receiver Chad Johnson makes some headlines with the new touchdown celebrations in the NFL. Is Kevin Durant still a villain for leaving the Thunder and joining the Warriors?
Football at Four kicks off with Big Al and D-Mac comparing Paxton Lynch with Carson Wentz and Jared Goff and how winning big in college should translate into the NFL. The guys continue to debate if Kevin Durant is a villain for leaving the Thunder to try and win a championship with the Warriors. Were there any NBA Finals match-ups that everyone knew we would see starting at the beginning of the year like we are seeing with the Cavs and Warriors?
The final hour Big Al and D-Mac give their reaction from Mike McCoy speaking down at Dove Valley. How good of a play caller is he really? The Closing Bell rings with Oklahoma City Thunder Forward Enes Kanter being issued an arrest warrant from the Turkish government. Who ya got? is focused on the Rockies match-up against the Cardinals. Also a preview of NBA Finals and the Stanley Cup Finals.
