Broncos defense, the talk of the town: Stokley and Zach

Stokley and Zach – 05/24/2017- Wednesday’s show the guys dive into day two of Broncos OTAs and the Broncos defense overall. Our Fan Broncos Insider Cecil Lammey joined the show.

Hour one Stokley and Zach begin Wednesday’s show with how much are the Broncos willing to pay their star safety, TJ Ward. Brandon Stokley gives some thoughts on if the Broncos should ink Ward to a long term deal and if it would help the team long term.

Broncos new defensive coordinator, Joe Woods is live from Dove Valley and he stresses how bad he doesn’t want to get anyone hurt this early followed by the new special teams coordinator, Brock Olivo. The guys then react to both press conferences and give some overall thoughts. Zach bye goes into which comments stood out to him the most as does Brandon Stokley. The fellas get into that and much more in hour one of Wednesday’s show.

Hour two Zach Bye and Brandon Stokley talk about the Rockies continuing their hot start as the team was the first N.L. ball club to reach 30 wins this year. The guys break that down and much more!

The guys then go into the Broncos on day two of OTAs. The fellas go into the Broncos defense and what that might look like this season. Brandon Stokley explains why he is excited about the Broncos defense in 2017 as Von Miller spoke to the media today from out at Dove Valley. Hour two wraps up with the guys talking about some stories from around the NFL inlcuding Odell Beckham Jr. signing a big shoe deal from Nike.

Hour three kicks off with the guys reacting to Broncos quarterback Paxton Lynch leaving the field early as our very own Mark Schlereth spoke about this morning on Schlereth & Evans. Broncos wide receivers, Emmanuel Sanders and Demaryius Thomas also talked to the media from out at Dove Valley about what they’ve seen out of both Broncos quarterbacks Trevor Siemian and Paxton Lynch so far this season.

Our Fan Broncos Insider Cecil Lammey joined the show via telephone as he leaves Dove Valley to give insight on day two of OTAs. Cecil Lammey talks about the Broncos quarterback battle and his thoughts on where both quarterbacks are at right now. Listen to the full interview here!
