Troy Renck joins the program to discuss Derek Wolfe’s comments at Dove Valley, and if Wolfe is all in this year. Troy says Wolfe has realized his leadership role has broadened, and accountability has now spilled over to the offensive side of the ball as well. Talib, Ward and Harris Jr. have the leadership locked up on the back end, and Troy pins Wolfe as one of the members up front expected to carry a heavy leadership load. Certain leadership styles are not always accepted, and Troy mentions the fine line Wolfe will walk this year, similar to Troy Tulowitzki’s time in Colorado as a leader in the Rockies’ bullpen. Also, Troy says in the end, the Rockies will need Trevor Story.
