Hour one Brady Poppinga and Brandon Stokley talk about Tony Romo possibly being on the move this off-season. The guys get into if Tony Romo would be a fit with the Denver Broncos next season. Brady goes back to his time playing with Tony Romo in Dallas and what type of quarterback he is. Brady gives his three reasons for why Romo would help improve the Broncos offense next season if he was brought in. Brady also breaks down what type of leader Romo is inside the locker room. Brandon Stokley also gives his thoughts on why he feels Tony Romo isn’t a fit for the Broncos next season. Brandon Stokley does agree though that Romo would be a great locker room player.

For the final part of hour one the guys talk about if the Broncos should rely on free agent or draft picks to fill their team needs. The fellas give their thoughts on that and break that down. Plus, Brady and Brandon look at the future of DeMarcus Ware with the Broncos.

Hour two Brady Poppinga and Brandon Stokley continue to break down how the Broncos should fix their needs this off-season. Brady explains why he has always been a person who believes in building a team through the draft. Brady goes into how teams need to build through developing players and their roster. Brandon Stokley then gives his insight and explains why it needs to be a mix for the Denver Broncos this off-season. The fellas also break down the Broncos 20th overall pick in this years NFL Draft. The guys look at the prospects of Christian McCaffrey in the NFL.

Brady gives his thoughts on where he thinks the Broncos should go in this years draft. Brady explains his theory of trying to find the best value available in the draft. Brandon Stokley then breaks down what his draft strategy would be for the Broncos to either move up and draft Chris McCaffrey or to move back and still have the chance to draft McCaffrey.

For the rest of the final hour the guys talk about CEO type head coaches in the NFL. Brady and Brandon look at head coaches in the NFL that don’t call plays. Brady gives his thoughts on how NFL teams are going to that more and more now. Brandon Stokley discusses his theory behind head coaches that are more game managers.
