Hour one Cecil Lammey and Brandon Stokley talk about all the coaching changes going on right now with the Broncos. The guys break down all of the coaches that have departed from the Broncos in the last 24 hours or so. The fellas then start to dig into where the Broncos go from here to improve their coaching staff and to fill vacancy’s.

ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter joined Cecil Lammey and Brandon Stokley. Adam gives his thoughts on new Broncos head coach Vance Joseph. Adam weighs in with his opinion on some of what Vance Joseph had to say in yesterday’s introductory press conference for Joseph. Adam then looks at the Broncos coordinator situation with Vance Joseph taking over. Adam also talks about some of the other news and notes from around the league heading into NFL Divisional weekend. Hour two Cecil Lammey and Brandon Stokley talk about why Mike McCoy will be the right guy for the Broncos at offensive coordinator. Brandon Stokley gives his reasoning for why McCoy ill help the Broncos offense in 2017 and beyond. Brandon Stokley explains why the Broncos can improve under the guidance of Mike McCoy as offensive coordinator. Brandon Stokley then goes into why he doesn’t want to see Mike McCoy and Bill Musgrave both together. The guys break that down and give some breaking news on the Broncos offensive coaching staff.

The guys also playback a portion of The Drive’s interview yesterday as Broncos GM John Elway joined Big Al and D-Mac. The guys react to some of what John Elway had to say on the overall hiring of Vance Joseph and if the young quarterback situation played into the process at all. Listen to that full interview here!

The fellas also break down more on the Broncos offense as the team is close to reaching a deal with both Mike McCoy as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Bill Musgrave. Cecil Lammey and Brandon Stokley break that down as the team tries to find their coaching staff heading into the 2017-2018 season.
