Former Browns GM now Executive Director of the Senior Bowl Phil Savage joined C.J. and Stokley. Phil gets into his time as a scout as well and remembering back to when Brandon Stokley was coming out of college. Phil then breaks down Army vs. Navy as well as what goes into the Senior Bowl and scouting players that come out of the Senior Bowl.
