With Siemian on the mend, could Paxton be in line to start vs Jaguars?

The Drive with Big Al and DMac LIVE in studio breaking down today’s biggest Broncos breaking news, Andy Janovich out for the season and Trevor Siemian has a sprained foot and is questionable for the game, possibly opening up the door for Paxton Lynch to start this weekend. Cecil Lammey and Chad Brown join the show to discuss that. Earl Boykins comes in studio to talk some J.R. Smith antics and the Nuggets continue to struggle, lacking the ability to close games.
The Drive with Big Al and DMac LIVE in studio get rolling with audio from Coach Kubiak from earlier today out at Dove Valley, talking about Trevor Siemian’s injury and how rookie, Paxton Lynch, has been progressing so far. Next, the fellas touch on this weekend’s opponent for the Broncos, the Jaguars. The Big Three at 3:30 brings in Earl Boykins and brings up the CFB Playoffs and the possible scenarios. Earl and the fellas then talk about J.R. Smith’s play last night where he walked off the court in the middle of play to say hi to Jason Terry.
Football at Four starts off with Coach Kubiak’s comments about Trevor Siemian’s foot injury and if he’s comfortable enough with Paxton Lynch to have him start in stead of Siemian. The Right Tackle debate continues between Al and DMac as Donald Stephenson and Ty Sambrailo will continue to battle it out. Next, the fellas highlight former Bronco and current Jaguar, Malik Jackson as Malik was part of a conference call with Denver media earlier today. Cecil Lammey, our Fan Broncos insider, joins the show to talk about the big news of the day, Trevor Siemian has a sprained foot, walking in a boot and Paxton Lynch met with the media today… things are, seemingly, lining up for the rookie to get his second career start this Sunday against the Jaguars. The third and final hour of The Drive gets going with Chad Brown in studio as the Colorado Buffaloes will play in the Pac 12 Championship game on Friday night as the fellas go back and forth on the possibility that CU could win and NOT make the playoffs. The Closing Bell rings on Richard Sherman calling Karma on the Panthers’ record and Paxton Lynch as the Broncos’ starting Quarterback this weekend as trending up. Trending down is Malik Jackson signing with the Jaguars instead of being a Bronco and not letting student-athletes transfer without penalty when a Coach leaves or gets fired from a job in the NCAA. The show wraps up talking about parenting and sports… coming from a former professional athlete, Alfred wants parents to let their kids have THEIR time in sports, without parental interference.
