C.J. and Stokley – 09/27/2016 – C.J. and Stokley live in studio. Tuesday’s show C.J. and Stokley talk about some of the latest NFL power rankings to come out and some other news and notes from around the NFL. Our Fan Broncos Insider Cecil Lammey and Rockies play by play voice for Root Sports Drew Goodman joined the show.

Hour one C.J. and Stokley talk about ESPN’s latest NFL power rankings going into Week 4 of the season. The guys go into the newest power rankings and who the top five teams are in the NFL according to ESPN. The Broncos come in at number one ahead of the Patriots this week. The fellas go into whether or not they agree with the Broncos being at number one this week. C.J. and Stokley also discuss some of the other teams in the top five.

The rest of the hour the guys talk about the Raiders releasing Marcel Reece. C.J. and Stokley weigh in on if the Broncos should think about signing Marcel Reece. The fellas look at the positives and negatives of signing a guy like Reece to the Broncos.

Hour two C.J. and Stokley debate whether or not the Broncos would beat the Patriots with or without Tom Brady with their current team. The guys break that down and give their opinion.

Our Fan Broncos Cecil Lammey joined C.J. and Stokley. Cecil goes into the Broncos and Buccaneers this Sunday on the road. Cecil weighs in on how the Broncos matchup against the Buccaneers. Cecil talks about what scenario the Bucs could challenge the Broncos and win the game. Also, Cecil weighs in on some of the other young quarterbacks in the NFL and if their starts are legit or not. C.J. and Stokley rank all of the young quarterbacks in the NFL right now. The guys go through some of the young quarterbacks in the league and where they would place these players. The fellas also look at where Trevor Siemian is on this team right now.

Hour three Rockies play by play voice for Root Sports Drew Goodman joined C.J. and Stokley. Drew talks about the end of the Rockies season and what to watch for in some of their final series. Drew also talks about the CU Buffs upsetting Oregon over the past weekend and if the Nuggets should retire Carmelo Anthony’s jersey. Listen to the full interview here!

To end the show the guys talk about Trevor Siemian and his future with the Denver Broncos. The guys get into if Siemian keeps winning do the Broncos give him a long term deal or should they still go to Paxton Lynch? The fellas debate that and more. C.J. and Stokley also weigh in on some of the other young quarterbacks in the league and who they would take right now in the NFL.
